These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Learn Infinity website and all related content, features, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Learn Infinity ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. The Service
Learn Infinity is an educational platform that provides tutorials, courses, interactive visualizers, quizzes, and other learning materials focused on software engineering.
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, premium content, or subscription plans in the future. Any paid features will be clearly identified and will not retroactively restrict access to content that was previously available for free at the time you accessed it.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Our content
All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, tutorials, code examples, graphics, logos, interactive components, visualizations, quizzes, and page design — is the intellectual property of Learn Infinity and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Service
- Create derivative works based on our content
- Use our content to build a competing product or service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Service
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
3.2 Limited personal use license
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
This license does not include the right to:
- Redistribute content to third parties
- Use content in any commercial training, course, or publication
- Share account access (if applicable in the future) with others
- Frame or mirror any part of the Service on another website
3.3 Code examples
Code examples and code snippets presented in tutorials are provided for educational purposes. You may use techniques and patterns demonstrated in code examples in your own projects. This does not grant a license to copy entire tutorials, articles, or substantial portions of content.
4. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service

5. Local Data Storage
The Service stores certain data in your browser's local storage (learning progress, preferences, quiz results) to provide core functionality. This data is stored on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
You are responsible for managing this data. Clearing your browser data will permanently delete your progress and preferences.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
7. Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to legal@xettri.com containing:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on the Service
- Your contact information (name, email address, and phone number)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Content will be accurate, complete, or current at all times
- The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- Any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected
Educational content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to job placement, interview success, salary increases, or career advancement.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEARN INFINITY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Learn Infinity and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any third party's rights
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Service is immediately revoked
- Sections 3 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) shall survive termination
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid while preserving its original intent.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Learn Infinity regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or communications.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Effective date" at the top of this page
- Post the revised Terms on this page
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
